I was hesitant about such products, but I decided to give it a try. I took it for about 10 days while also walking. I think something was about to happen, but I started to have some pain in my lower intestine. I did some tests and they came out clean, so my doctor told me to stop it for a few days to see how it goes. The pain had really decreased. However, today when I took it again after 2 weeks, I started to have discomfort again.

I have been using it for over a year. In combination with some form of exercise and a normal diet (not everyday souvlaki and chocolate), it seems to work. I maintain my weight and I have the feeling that when I indulge a little, it doesn't allow me to easily gain weight. It definitely doesn't work miracles on its own.

This particular one is quite strong (it contains almost double the amount of cla compared to other products), which gives me a heavy feeling in my stomach with the characteristic smell of gelatin. From there on, it is a SUPPLEMENT, not a magic pill, that, combined with a diet and exercise, will give you that extra push to lose weight.

I stopped taking it because I found a cheaper alternative from another company in a larger quantity per package. Big mistake! When I stopped taking this particular product, I had reached 23% body fat, and visually, I looked like I had 20% (82 kilograms, which looked like 78 kilograms). I took the product from the other company for a year, with 1-2 capsules per day. With the same diet, maybe even stricter, I am now 84 kilograms and have gained weight!
