Their complete dependence on the staff and management of the institution turns these people into easy victims of the most shameless political exploitation, involving them in a confrontation that neither interests them nor truly concerns them. What Ormea sees and hears that day deeply affects him and leads him to paths and solutions that he could never have imagined.
