Description

In The Speaker for the Dead, the second book of the "Ender" trilogy, Ender Wiggin becomes the scapegoat for many generations, as he is considered responsible for the xenocide of the unique alien race of sentient beings. Many thousands of years later, the appearance of a new alien race on the planet Lusitania terrifies humanity, but at the same time gives Ender a unique opportunity to restore his name.
The Speaker for the Dead is Card's most powerful work. Not only does it rival the value of Ender's Game, but it surpasses it.

Review this product
  • The book is amazing. It's worth reading, as long as you start with the first of the three. This one is the second in the series.
At the beginning, you get lost because it seems like it doesn't maintain continuity from the first book and it mentions a lot of information without introducing you. However, afterwards, the situation stabilizes and it becomes a pleasure that takes you on a journey in the footsteps of Ender (the hero).
