We have 12 of them at my workplace. We have had them since 2019. They are generally very good, but one of them broke down, the "oven" as the technical support said, maybe because of a cockroach, since it is near plants. It was fixed and worked for a while, but now its melting unit (that's what I think it's called) broke and a component like thick aluminum foil came off. It prints poorly and we took it out of service until it is repaired.
It prints on both sides, but by pulling the same sheet inside again and not using duplex, so the speed decreases, which is otherwise very good. The drums are separate from the toner.
However, the toner cartridges are very expensive! 160+€ for 7500 pages, and even though there are options for 15000, 30000, and 50 something if I remember correctly, the cost per page doesn't differ much. Once the toner cartridges are empty, they lock, so there is no possibility of refilling them then. But a colleague from another department noticed that if we remove the toner cartridge at the first warning (before it locks), then it can probably be refilled. However, I don't know the costs.
It is good, but not for household use. High costs..
