Unfortunately, while I have the best experience with memory foam pillows, this one emits a smell. The return is not supported... I wrote to Skroutz... I will come back for the product... Skroutz replied that they activated the return... but it seems that it starts to smell musty after a few days on the balcony... I removed and discarded the 100% synthetic cover that comes with it (it has a negative effect)... I didn't return it in the end! Of course, its price is excellent... it proved to be okay... a good purchase after all!
