  For the money it costs, it's perfect. I have bought and gifted 3 with red letters and kept one with green. It would be perfect in my opinion if instead of showing the time for 10'' (seconds), it showed 5'' for the date and 5'' for the temperature, or even 20'' or 30'' for the time. Usually, on a clock, you look at the time and not the date and temperature. Essentially, the way it is set up, half of the time you see the time and the other half the date and temperature together. The positive thing is that the 3 red ones are located in Mount Athos, where they are powered by a generator, and I was told that they are the only ones that don't lose time so far. Some others that I had before, while they were working fine from the power company, would lose a few minutes per day when connected to the generator.
