This book includes concepts of Physics, at a level of general infrastructure course, adapted to the requirements and goals of the studies provided in the Agricultural Schools of Higher Education. With the aim of the educational character of the textbook, special effort has been made so that the structure of the text and the method of analyzing the topics systematically lead to the understanding of theoretical concepts and phenomena of technological interest. In the context of this endeavor, extensive mathematical analyses were limited, where and as much as possible.
