Wonderful aroma. I didn't expect it to be so enjoyable. I used it on turkey thighs and chicken wings. I believe it will be excellent on pork as well.

Very nice sweet mild tobacco, I use it in a smoke box on the gas grill I have underneath the grill. About 2 handfuls produce 15-20 minutes of aromatic smoke, enough to flavor a grill full of meat. The taste is sweet and mild, not intense like BBQ sauce or store-bought smoker chips. Don't expect to put 1-2 handfuls and smoke a whole buffalo on the BBQ or for the wood chips to smoke for 2 hours... It could be a little cheaper (considering it's just wood in fancy packaging) but let's not complain when we have something to grill and the price is worth it!
