The work "Issues of food law" is the Proceedings of the 5th Panhellenic Conference of the Family Law Society, which was held with great success in Kalamata on November 10 and 11, 2017 by prominent Greek lawyers. The subject of the Conference was the common contribution to family needs during cohabitation and after the termination of cohabitation, the time, manner, measure and content of food during normal periods and in conditions of economic crisis, post-divorce nutrition, especially for reasons of leniency, compensation for deprivation of food and services due to death or physical injury of one spouse, the interaction of child support with custody and obstruction of communication, abusive exercise of the claim for support, nutrition between siblings, applicable law, international jurisdiction, recognition and enforcement of decisions on food matters according to Council Regulation (EC) No 4/2009 of 18.12.2008, the obligation to provide food and the criminal protection of the corresponding right. The conclusions of the conference on issues of food law were summarized by Assoc. Professor of Law School of AUTh, Mrs. Th. Papazisi.
