I give 1 star because I couldn't use them for more than a week, they caused me nausea and headache. So I don't have a clear picture if they are effective.

First of all, it produces excessive foam and its taste is not pleasant at all. I was taking one capsule a day for 5 days and it was causing me terrible headaches to the point where I felt like my head was going to explode, and then I realized that it was because of this. As soon as I stopped taking it and started taking the regular Vitamin C from Lanes, everything went away. Now I don't know if this happens to everyone, at least it happened to me.

Very mediocre product unfortunately and I thought it would be top-notch because of the brand. Next time I will try another brand from which I buy electrolytes and I am very satisfied. First of all, the water looks like soapy water with foam sticking everywhere in the glass! The taste is not bad but not something amazing either. Overall, you don't feel like you're drinking a nice beverage. Finally, I didn't see any difference when I drank it in terms of feeling less tired, etc. but okay, that may be subjective and relative.

Average taste. Forms strange foam after dissolving and requires stirring. Possibly due to low content of other additives.

When it dissolves, it leaves a lot of dust residues, which are probably part of the vitamin.
Additionally, it creates a lot of foam.

Very good multivitamin. It gives a very immediate boost to the body, alertness to the mind, and a more rested body. And at a very good price.

I expected something better from this specific multivitamin. After continuous and uninterrupted use for 2 months, I didn't see any difference in my energy levels. Even after discontinuing use, nothing changed

I was not impressed with the taste or the appearance in the glass. It creates a foam in the glass that leaves unsightly stains on the walls of the glass.

During busy periods, I start taking a few days before and it gives that extra something. I also tried the ones with the yellow box, but I didn't notice any difference. From what I understand, the result is different for each person, so you should try until you find the ones that suit you, regardless of the brand. I tried 4-5 different ones before settling on these.

Greek company, good multivitamin, after 1 week you start gaining more strength, endurance, healthy body.

Do not expect to notice a difference in your body, but for the money, it is a good dietary supplement.

Amazing product!! Out of all the ones I have tried, it is the only one that truly gives me the energy I need to cope with everyday life. Plus, the price is amazing. Choose it without hesitation!!
