I don't know about their effectiveness. They have a variety of vitamins exactly at the 100% limit. There are definitely multivitamins with more elements, but this one has the most. It's good to change vitamins (don't take the same one continuously) for obvious reasons. In this context, I also bought them because of the 1+1 offer (36 tablets).
As for the taste, it's neutral, not bad but not great either, so everything is fine.
A small flaw is that it "fizzes" (see photo), which is aesthetically a bit annoying.
It doesn't leave much residue (dust on the bottom) like others. It leaves very little. I find it okay in this regard.
I would like it to dissolve a bit faster (we're in a hurry in the morning), but okay. I've seen slower ones too.
I would say give them a try

It is a good multivitamin in terms of coverage percentages, but unfortunately, its taste did not impress me much.

I have various products from the Korres effervescent range. Nice taste and sensation (difficult to tell if it really offers something - like all similar products from other companies).
This particular one, for some reason, leaves stains from the "foam" in the glass, which looks strange since the bubbles don't "pop" - visually, it doesn't predispose you to drink it. I don't have this problem, for example, with the Acerola & Vitamin C from Korres. Strange...
I have no opinion on whether it helps or not. It has basic proportions of vitamins as ingredients. I didn't like the taste at all because it is very intense and heavy, and it reminds me of something like medicine, probably from the sweeteners they put in. Two people drank it and we had the same opinion about the taste. It upsets my stomach and I stopped taking it. In terms of price, one plus one free definitely worth it for anyone who doesn't have a problem with the taste.
I have been using it for 1.5 months, taking it every day to boost my immune system... on its own, it didn't help me much, maybe it would be better in combination with vitamin C.
