The 3rd volume systematically prepares for the Goethe-Zertifikat B1 exam (Zertifikat Deutsch and Zertifikat Deutsch fur Jugendliche). Students become familiar with all types of texts that appear in the exam... such as newspaper articles, advertisements, short news, statistics and interviews, and they are introduced to the exercise format of the Goethe-Zertifikat B1 exam from the beginning of the book.

These exercises are marked with the initials ZD. Pingpong Neu is the established teaching method for beginner students aged 11 and above. It leads through three volumes to level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference and prepares for the exams Fit in Deutsch 1 (level A1), Fit in Deutsch 2 (level A2) and for the Goethe-Zertifikat B1 (Zertifikat Deutsch and Zertifikat Deutsch fur Jugendliche). Each volume includes 12 short chapters with a clear structure. This way, the student steadily completes the basic level (Grundstufe). Through the pages of the book, the skills of reading and listening comprehension and written and oral production are intensively practiced. Group or pair work and games contribute to making language learning more enjoyable and effective.

Grammar and basic vocabulary are summarized at the end of each chapter, providing a clear picture of the study organization. At the end of each chapter, there is also an optional text with comprehension exercises.
