    Purchased in 2020.
    It lasted less than 2 years, with usage of 2 times per week for 10 minutes.
    The battery no longer holds at all. I charge it, use it for 30 seconds, and it turns off.

    I do not recommend it under any circumstances.

    Over time it broke down (each charge lasts seconds) - probably due to the battery. No one answers at Black n Decker's service, lithium batteries are not available in the market, and from what I read from other users who managed to contact them, there are no longer spare parts because this specific model has been discontinued. And I bought it because I trusted the company. It's a shame, for as long as it worked (1 year) it was practical and useful. Disappointing and truly a waste of money. Don't buy.

    Do not buy it. 2.5 years after purchasing it, they told me today that there is no replacement battery available in Greece. It is no longer supported. So, in the 2.5 years of its operation, with moderate household use, when I needed technical support, I found no assistance from any service and essentially I will be forced to buy a NEW VACUUM CLEANER. WASTED MONEY... STAY AWAY
