The instant water heater is a type of water heater that heats water in real-time. It only heats the water that passes through it at that moment. This means there is no hot water storage tank. This has many advantages, such as energy savings, since only the water that is used is heated, and longer lifespan, as there is no water tank and no accumulation of salts on the resistance and other components.
It operates with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and no electrical installation is required.

The instant water heater has an inlet pipe for cold water, which passes through the heating element, gets heated, and exits through the hot water outlet pipe. A necessary condition for the instant water heater to initially operate is the pressure of the incoming cold water should not be too low.
The water temperature is regulated by a thermostat so that it does not exceed a maximum value. The temperatures that the hot water reaches are preset so that one can use the hot water directly, without needing to mix it with cold water.
The maximum temperature that can be reached for hot water production is 65 °C, while the maximum water flow rate reaches up to 12 liters per minute. Indicatively, 38-42 °C degrees are standard for shower use.

Easy to install, if you have a little bit of handy skills you can do it yourself. Instant hot water with easy adjustment and endless supply. One downside (if you can call it a downside) is that if you close and open the hot water in a very short time, the heater restarts, resulting in a little bit of cold water, but then the hot water comes back again. I return after 18 months of use. Instant hot water and uninterrupted as long as you have gas. Consumption throughout the summer is one propane bottle. The only thing you need is a water pressure regulator that you have to install yourself, it is not included in the package and costs 35€ to be adjusted to 2 bar.. because the water networks do not have stable water pressure!!!! It is worth its money, you have a significant difference in electricity consumption
