It does what it promises.
At times, I have a lot of anxiety and I have difficulty falling asleep due to overstimulation and stress. And when I finally manage to fall asleep, I wake up multiple times every 1-2 hours, resulting in me not being able to wake up at the right time because I am very tired.
So, I took it 1 hour before.
Initially, I tried it with 2 pills because in the past, I have taken another medication with 2mg and I knew that dosage worked for me.
Miracle! What do I mean... within half an hour, I was completely calm! No anxiety or overstimulation. I went to sleep, fell asleep immediately, continuously, and woke up in a good mood and refreshed.
(With the other medication in the past, I didn't have all this calmness... I just felt very heavy and experienced some headaches upon waking up, while with this Ig rapid, I never had a headache)
The next day, I tried only 1 pill. The same results, but the anxiety returned after 12 hours. So, the next day, I took 2 pills again.

Unfortunately, personally it didn't help me. I took it for 4 nights and slept almost 2 hours after taking it. My sleep was unstable with many interruptions.
