As soon as I plugged it into the two front USB ports of my desktop tower, it immediately crashed and was not recognized. Eventually, after many attempts, I managed to find a 3.1 port at the back (in another 3.1 port, it would only open the content and freeze there) that worked properly. I also tried it in the USB port of my laptop and it worked fine. It's a big mystery that no technician could explain to me because it didn't only get stuck in the 2.1 ports but also in the 3.1 ones. By the way, because I have other USB sticks, I have never had such problems with any of them. I took it to the store where I bought it and they tested it and said there was nothing wrong with it, it works fine and I actually saw it working there with my own eyes. They told me that it could be due to updates on Windows, but mine are genuine and everything is functioning normally. So, I would not buy it again.
I don't have time to read even the titles of the files in 3.1 port. It does exactly what it promises. I recommend it without a second thought.
