What the other consumers have said is true. Noisy, poor ergonomics of the metal coffee container, sensitive shaft. Low quality plastic. Correction: After 4 months, the stirrer came out of its place for the fourth time, fortunately it didn't launch across the room - the motor is fast... August 2024: I bought a second one in black color. Worse plastic construction than the first one, but the motor is a bit quieter.
Unfortunately, I can't say good things about this particular frappé maker. I bought it because I had the Izzy model which is almost identical and lasted for 15 years without any issues. However, this one, while being a sturdy construction, makes an excessive noise, like you have a drill... I don't know what everyone else is saying... but there might be an issue with a defective batch.
Great potato. Regardless of noise, the mixer broke and is now useless. It's a shame our money really...

The worst thing someone can buy. I've had it for a year and it broke. I always use it only for coffee, putting one ice cube inside! Noise???? Like an airplane is passing by!!!
We have put a black sticker on the light. We keep it permanently plugged in. It makes smoothie coffees, froths milk, etc., for home use 7-9 times a day.
Trouble-free operation for 1 year now.

Extremely powerful motor and flawless result in cold frothy milk and frappé. Comparable to machines over 100 Euros. From what I see, most people in the reviews do not know how to use or have never used such a device. There is a safety device that activates and/or isolates the power switch. Therefore, the light does NOT need to be on nor the machine constantly on standby. You can use any cup you want. As for the noise, with a 120W motor only Teslas are quiet... Overall very satisfied, I would recommend it. As for durability, I do not know yet, time will tell.
The amount of inaccuracy I have read in comments is unbelievable. There is either ignorance or targeted defamation of the product.
1. As for the light: First of all, the machine should not be plugged in when not in use. This is a given. So the light will turn off. (We read the instructions). Alternatively, we can remove the fuse (the cap behind the mixer).
2. As for the noise. In no way does it have the noise that many here claim. It has a normal noise for a 120-watt motor. All with these characteristics have the same noise. The previous Izzy NE-302 I had with 100 watts was louder.
3. Shaker. The mixer reaches the bottom, just like in a glass, so it mixes the coffee effortlessly.
Additional advantages are the suction cups on the bottom that keep it stable without the fear of rolling or falling, plus its beautiful design. The quality of the materials is disproportionate to its price. You will not find high quality in the price category that the product is in; logic is needed.
It is a reliable choice, and purely for home use.

Unacceptable construction, within 2 months the plastic part of the mixer broke, making the device useless. The blue light consumes electricity and the motor heats up a lot if it is constantly plugged in. The only positive thing it has is its powerful motor, but what good is that? The little light that everyone mentions is indeed annoying and constantly consumes electricity so you have to put on and take off the plastic attachment whenever you want to use it..... very inconvenient! If you want it for everyday use, choose any other one, it doesn't serve.

Do not buy this mixer, it is a waste of money. It makes too much noise and both of them broke in the same way
It does its job just fine and better than several other more expensive ones. For those who haven't realized, there is a plastic case that goes into the "eye" so you can use whichever container/cup you want. But even without it, 2-3 water cups that I tried still fit if you put them inside. I think they are all more or less the same in terms of noise.
Very noisy, the constantly lit blue light is at least scary and it broke after the second use, just like the replacement!
Although it is very good and powerful, after a few months of use, the head of the mixer broke and there is no spare part available, so it is useless

After 6 months of use (1-2 coffees per day), the stirrer came out of its position. The motor is powerful, but it makes a lot of noise and the blue light is very annoying. I would not buy it again.
It is the second one I bought and within a short period of time, the mixer breaks. Of course, now I will change the brand and go for something better.
The mixer broke in a few weeks and there is no replacement part, they asked us for extra money to give us another device. Strong like a machine, with two speeds, nice design, all good. But then the "buts" start: this blue light, it illuminates the entire living room when we go to sleep, it bothers me excessively. 1. The blue light is annoying when it stays on permanently - I solved it with a gosund plug that has a switch on top, it's almost invisible so I can turn it off when I don't want it.
2. For those who want to make coffee in the morning, keep in mind that it will wake everyone up in the house. At the same time, the neighborhood might gather signatures to kick you out. It literally sounds like you've put a drill in the wall. Extremely noisy.

We have been using it for about a year now, making freddo espresso every day, in which we mix it with ice, and it hasn't had any issues at all. With a long stirrer, normal noise. I highly recommend it without hesitation!
Excessive noise, the blender underneath is round, not butterfly, resulting in taking time to hit something.
I bought it myself due to many positive reviews. Unfortunately, its noise is unbelievable, the button is relatively uncomfortable, and in my opinion, it has a quite short cord. Everything is tolerable except for the noise. Unfortunately, in the morning, we don't dare to make coffee so as not to wake up or startle the baby who is sleeping in a room 10 meters away from the kitchen!! It does the job it is intended for just fine. I bought it to make frothy espresso (in combination with an espresso machine, of course) and haven't tried anything else. The noise is perfectly reasonable, but as for the light that some people mention, all you have to do is simply place the cup on the base when it's not working and make sure it's not held up high, and you will see that it doesn't light up.
