I am satisfied with the trimming it does, much better than the previous Panasonic I had. The battery lasts as long as it says, so it's enough for 5-6 shaves for me. It doesn't make much noise. It cleans more easily with water than with the brush (it has instructions for both methods). I would ultimately like it to have an attachment for the body as well, but that's my own choice that I regret. I got it relatively expensive at 115, but it's a good machine. However, at this price they could have included a body attachment.

It is not excellent but it has tremendous build quality to the point where you enjoy using it. The noise, although not annoying, is quite loud. The smallest cut is not below 0.8mm, which you may see appearing. Its ease of use and construction are its strong points, with just one additional attachment you can cut from 1-10mm, very convenient, but above 10mm you will need another machine, this one goes up to 10mm max. The battery is stable in performance. The pouch, like in all reviews, is very simple, just enough to put it inside and prevent it from getting dusty. I have no opinion on hair, but for beards and body, it gives a perfect cut. For sensitive areas, never use the plastic attachment. Overall, if I had to buy a machine now, I would buy the same one.

Perfect and very durable. For me, who cut my hair as short as possible to avoid shaving it, it has served me perfectly as it has an adjustment to 0.1 mm.

I have the gb40 and after 4 years, very satisfied (still works), I decided to get something better. I wanted a length of 0.5 for my beard and I bought the gb80. From the first shave, I realized that it is harder than the previous one I had. Now, after 2 years, I tried it 3-4 times for trimming the sides somewhat better, but for a 0.5 shave, I do not recommend it. So, I decided to call the 'expert' at Panasonic and he recommended the er sb40, which he said is the best for the use I want. But it turns out it is even worse than the previous two (heats up quickly and leaves many hair stubbles). What a waste of money (140 euros). Now, the professionals are telling me to get a professional one, either the Panasonic ER-HGP82 or the Panasonic ER1611.

If you have a lot of hair on your mustache, and on your body, and you trim it. You will enjoy this machine! Whether with the head or just plain. It is the first trimmer that you enjoy and you don't get irritated. If it was a sports car I would say since I have a passion, although I have never driven a Porsche 911 gt3 rs. If you can invest in this machine, you will enjoy it!!!!!!!

Very good trimmer. It cuts all the hairs in one pass and leaves a uniform length on the beard. No comparison to some others I had in the past..
The cheaper machines I had bought (without mentioning the brand) turned out to be a waste of money, as I couldn't do my job.
It has a very powerful motor and moves the blades at a high speed. The blades are very sharp.
Ultimately, it is justified that Panasonic is considered the best in trimmers and that is why professionals in hair salons use it.
If someone can afford this amount, I highly recommend it.
