It is the first capsule coffee maker that I use for home use and I am completely satisfied with it. Incredibly fast in preheating and quiet as it produces the first coffee. As soon as I replace the empty capsule to make another coffee in the lid, it makes a little more noise, but still quieter than other coffee makers. Small and fits everywhere
Daily use with 2 capsules per day for 3 years (except July & August). Within the 3 years, water started leaking from the bottom and not going into the capsule. The device was thrown away, pure e-waste. While it lasted, it was good, but it's a shame for a device to only last 3 years, both for the environment and the consumer.
Nice coffee maker. It makes small and large coffees. And it is compatible with all capsules (all brands and all types of coffees.)
It is my second coffee maker, the oldest one I had bought from another company I kept for 6 years, I decided to make a new purchase. I can say that it is very good, it has very good build quality, and it makes excellent coffee that you can enjoy at home and also offer to your guests. ☕️
Excellent. I have it for three years and it doesn't chew anything. With a regular cleaning and a little attention not to run out of water, it will last you for years.
It is my first coffee machine with capsules and to tell you the truth, it pleasantly surprised me with its simplicity and speed. Decent coffee quality (30 seconds guess), I am not a scientist with unreasonable demands, it makes espresso and the variety of capsules is very large. Just to add, having tried 3 types of capsules so far, the taste of the coffee doesn't change but the aroma does, which is not a problem in any case but I clarify it.
The construction is sturdy and heavier than I expected, I haven't descaled it yet because I bought it relatively recently.
From what I learned, the price keeps rising, I got it for 85 while I know someone who got it for 65 about two years ago. 4 stars because it's early and I will come back with a more complete picture.
In the two years (10 days out of warranty) it stopped brewing the capsules and was spitting out water from the top (obviously the pump started malfunctioning). Nespresso suggested a repair for 69 euros!! The audacity doesn't stop there, they wanted me to buy 30 capsules in order to give me a "discount" of 9 euros on the repair. Stay away.

Quite satisfied with the result and the use of the machine. I used costa brand capsules. The noise is tolerable. Much better coffee than most 'to go' shops. They will lose me from the neighborhood store. Overall, it exceeds my expectations.

I had this specific machine for two years and a few days. In these two years, I was quite satisfied with the quality of the coffee I was drinking, however, I would not trust a product that broke a few days after the warranty expired while following the recommended maintenance from the company.
A few days after the warranty ended (2 years), I performed the descaling process with the liquid from the Nespresso company itself (following their instructions on their website). The very next day when I tried to make coffee, the machine stopped "pulling" water and therefore making coffee, even though all the indicator lights were showing that they were functioning and the container was properly fitted.
I spoke on the phone with Nespresso and after trying all the possible solutions to the problem with customer service, they informed me that the problem might be solved by sending it to the corresponding technician at a cost of 69 euros! (at the time of writing this comment, the cheapest one offered by skroutz is 75 euros)
I consider it unacceptable for a device to break days after the warranty with such a prohibitive repair cost for the customer
With a coffee machine at 80 €, you can't expect to drink coffee like the one you have at a café. However, it makes good coffee, it's worth its money, it's easy to use, and it has a sturdy construction. It comes with various capsules to try. It's easy to clean, even in the dishwasher. However, one negative aspect is that it doesn't heat the water quickly enough
First day of use. It arrived within 2 days and overall I am satisfied. It's worth its money. It has a nice design and makes coffee quickly. The only negative is that it makes noise, but not to the extent that it would be a deterrent factor.
I have had it for 2 years and suddenly it stopped piercing the capsules... I did descaling and followed all the steps they told me from technical support and nothing...
For 69 euros, you can buy a new one and have a warranty!

Excellent coffee machine, it makes incredible coffee even with the cheapest capsules. It is small, beautiful, very easy to use and maintain, it does not burn the coffee, etc. However, I will remove one star because unfortunately the plastics are not as high quality as they should be and also capsules are not included in the package.
After 1.5 years of use in the office by multiple people, I have to note that:
- It still functions like the first day.
- The espresso it makes is comparable to a professional machine.
- There is a huge variety of capsules for all tastes.
P.S. I have settled on Jacob's capsules, strong coffee, perfect for my taste. You can find a pack of 40 capsules for €11.5.
Amazing purchase. Makes good coffee (doesn't burn it), heats up water quickly, no issues with capsules from other manufacturers (I haven't even tried Nespresso capsules - I use Illy and L'or).
And as for the noise, it's no more than the "shaker" for frappes.
If one bothers you, the other will bother you too...
Whatever I say is not enough. The machine is excellent. Such a creamy espresso can only be found in a professional coffee maker. Convenience, flexibility with so many brands, all the qualities are exceptional. I think we were late to buy it, but we will enjoy it as much as possible. You can easily take it on trips. Excellent invention and many congratulations to Nespresso, who discovered it. Well, why does Clooney get millions of dollars all these years to advertise it for free?
Coming from dolce gusto, the difference is mainly in the variety that exists in the capsules. HUGE variety not only from nespresso. Very good coffee with its creaminess and with a milk frother (bought from elsewhere) a decent homemade cappuccino. Noisy of course but okay, you get used to it. Cleaning once a month (if we manage) and bottled water to avoid excessive salts. Very good purchase!!
The neighborhood delivery has lost us. Within a month, my daughter and I have consumed about 200 capsules, which means saving 400 Euros! Immediate recovery. Excellent device. Nice coffee.
I have had the machine for 6 months. I bought it mainly for its small size so that I can take it with me to hotels, trips, and vacations when traveling by car, and it is ideal for this thanks to its practical cardboard suitcase. It quickly heats the water, the noise is not annoying but it can wake someone sleeping in the same room. For an office - multiple coffees, I would not recommend it because the small water tank needs regular refilling and the small bin for used capsules needs to be emptied.
It is a very good coffee machine for a home. I have tried it with capsules that were not Nespresso and it worked perfectly. It makes very good coffee and has no problem making many continuously
This machine rocks, it's small, lightweight, and easy to use. It also makes amazing foam and in just 30 seconds you get a result better than a mediocre café. I recommend the Lavazza capsules, the 10-packs of the classic ones, they're cheap and very tasty. It's worth every penny at 85 euros.
Very good quality-price ratio. For capsule coffee, it has very good performance (if the coffee is good). Easy cleaning and handling.
The machine is amazing, in 30 seconds you have coffee in your cup. What I didn't like is that the lid of the bottle opens upside down, causing it to come off its place.
Now, about the taste, I will tell you about these capsules that came as a gift, I didn't like any of them, they are not to my taste at all.
Sturdy construction!
The best thing I have bought for myself recently. I enjoy coffee whenever I want. With a very nice crema. Like coffees from outside. It makes a very nice coffee even with cheaper illy capsules if you buy them online. Compared to Nespresso coffees. I had a machine with Krups before. Now I think about it and wonder how I sat and did all this filling and cleaning to have mediocre coffee. Because coffee requires mastery. A friend showed me barista secrets but still the coffee didn't come out like from a coffee shop.
I would buy it again. I think it's also a very good idea for a gift! As for the coffees, illy in my opinion is a top coffee whether in a capsule or if you drink it outside. Among Nespresso, the best ones are the series inspired by the cities of Italy. All the others can say they have varieties
This espresso machine makes very good coffee even with capsules from different manufacturers (I mainly drink lungo coffee). It has exceptional crema and exceptional build quality. It takes less than half a minute for the machine to heat up, but it is very noisy when it is operating. Additionally, the water tank is quite small. I make about 2 to 3 espressos per day and then I will need to refill the water tank.
Very good for its price. Small and user-friendly. Perfect if the kitchen doesn't have much space. Very good coffee.
Review for its price. Louder than others. With some capsules outside of nespresso, it requires a little attention in placement
Despite its high-quality coffee, I give it 1 star because it broke within a year without producing any coffee and had water leakage! I sent it for service to Nespresso and they told me it was fixed and there was no problem. They took it back and after a month without any update, they sent it back to me, saying it contained microorganisms (obviously from their warehouses since it was there for a month), and it cannot be repaired or replaced, even though it is still under warranty.
I chose this machine because I saw in a comparative video on YouTube (among VertuoPlus, Essenza Mini, Pixie, Citiz, Gran Lattissima, Creatista Plus, Creatista Pro) that it was by far the quietest Nespresso machine (despite being the cheapest and smallest).
I can confirm it, at least compared to the Krups Inissia I had before, it's day and night.
With the Essenza Mini, I can make coffee even when the others in the house are sleeping.
Excellent, with a nice design, small and relatively quiet. It makes perfect coffee with the original capsules but also with others that I bought from a well-known chain of budget supermarkets.
