The strap cover was crooked, causing the engine shaft to hit it. I had to put two wheels to prevent this. The wooden base for the round disc sits unevenly, making it impossible to achieve a smooth rotation. Additionally, the round disc does not have adhesive Velcro, and they provide you with a friction disc that will be difficult to replace once it wears out.
