The reading of the book did not help me quit smoking. However, on the last page, I saw that there are seminars about THE METHOD in Greece. I called, booked a spot, attended it, and it was just one day. I haven't smoked for ten years now, even though I enjoy being around people who smoke and smelling the smoke. But I learned NOT TO SMOKE. ☺
