One morning, after struggling to fall asleep until 1 am and tossing and turning until 7 am in vain, I rushed to a pharmacy. The pharmacist showed me three products and I randomly chose this one. It did something, but I was also exhausted. In the evening, around 1 am again, I made myself a chamomile tea and took it. I slept well.
It doesn't help with sleep at all. Instead of bringing sleepiness and relaxation, it creates a feeling of intoxication. Dizziness, lightheadedness, stumbling as if I were drunk. I do not recommend it.
I used it for 3 months due to menopausal symptoms and disrupted sleep....the product helped me to some extent but unfortunately, blood tests revealed that it affected my liver and the values in transaminases had tripled...I stopped taking it and they returned to normal....this has happened to me with another supplement in the past...it requires great caution and it is advisable to get tested after continuous use.
The first time I bought it, it really helped me without waking up after a while, without having to wait for hours for it to work, etc. The second time I bought it, it didn't seem as effective, and sometimes it didn't work at all.. if someone has a problem with sleep, I recommend something stronger..
After 30 minutes, it helps and I fall asleep. However, on a night when I happened to have intense stress and anxiety, it didn't put me to sleep... it simply relaxed me from the tension in my body
Personally, I have been dealing with chronic insomnia for years and for severe situations, it doesn't work. The first time I took it, it somewhat helped me, but maybe it was just a placebo. After that, every time I took it, it did nothing

I bought it for four days as the instructions say without any difference at all. In fact, the strong mint flavor it has is annoying for nighttime consumption because it doesn't help with relaxation at all due to the burning sensation it gives in the mouth and also sticks to the palate. Good luck trying to sleep afterwards.
The first two or three times, sleep immediately takes over, then it simply relaxes you enough but not so much that you want to go to sleep. If you are very stressed and have a lot of anxiety, you need at least two to say that you are doing something, of course it is the most economical in its category, it has a good taste
