  For the money, I would say it is a good product.
  In my case, I bought it for the kids' room, I wanted it to be placed high due to limited space and to be comfortable for viewing both on the top bunk and the lower one. It should be noted that the bunk bed is quite high, so this specific stand was a good option for me to make use of the space underneath. The materials are quite good considering the price. The packaging includes everything, the only thing I didn't trust was the screws, which I didn't use (due to my personal aversion to any purchase that includes screws and bolts). After finishing the installation, as a true "craftsman," I did my acrobatics and hung on it for five minutes without any issues (I exerted at least 17 kilograms more weight than its specifications). The tilt is satisfactory and the rotation, depending on where it is placed, is decent.
  The height adjustment is something that personally bothered me because I think it could have had 2-3 safety pins instead of screws, so that the adjustment could be done more easily without the use of tools (nothing major, but in my case, it would have been particularly useful). In the photos I provide, the cables are loose because in my case, there is no power outlet or antenna where I placed the stand. However, it has a nice trick for hiding cables (they pass through the tube), but the power outlets should be very close, even on the ceiling if possible (I will use a channel to hide them).

  Whatever I say about this base will be few. Really, I would give double for this one.
  I got 2 for placement in the bedroom at the height of the bed legs (approximately 40 degrees slope requirement) and one for the living room.
  Description:
  +It contains everything inside. 6 No.12 screws and 6 hexagonal head screws for these screws, as well as all the components with DETAILED descriptions and encoded everything for you to find them directly! +The total length (using 3 pipes) is simply enormous. It can reach the floor from the ceiling. You can use as many pipes as you want!
  +Materials of very good quality, matte black.
  +Slope of 25 degrees, BUT the pipe, if you want, you can turn it up to 90 degrees on each side, which means you can even mount the TV on the ceiling!!! In my room (with a small trick) I fixed the pipe at 30 degrees, and from there I adjust the TV an additional 25 degrees if I want!! It also has a slope of 30 degrees right-left!
  +It has a hole in the pipes to pass the cables through!
  -Negative, I didn't find anything!
  Don't think about it, it's really worth it!! For screens 30" - 70".
