I had a silk epil model maybe 20 years, I got it because I found it on offer and I wanted to get rid of the cords. Really much faster and user-friendly does an amazing job and in the use at least that I do the battery covers me. In the package includes a battery face brush which although at first I considered unnecessary and left it in the drawer forgotten when I started using it I was thrilled.

I have had the machine for a month now. I have very coarse hair with strong roots and density. I only used the machine on my legs (front-back) because I have a bigger problem there. On the first use, and after following the instructions, I got quite irritated but with plenty of cream, I didn't have a problem and the irritation went away. Now, a small amount comes out every 2 weeks or so. The quality of the hair has changed and it is now softer. The machine is a bit difficult to clean. The hairs stick to the plastic but they come off if you persist. It was definitely worth its money as it also provides other equally useful attachments! Well done!

Disappointment, I had the previous model for 5 years and I was satisfied. I bought this one at the end of February and in 4 months, using it only 3 times a month on my legs, the machine has died.

I don't know if I got a defective device because I see many positive reviews, but for me it doesn't remove hair. I go over the same spot 10 times and it still leaves hair. Luckily, they are blonde because I wore shorts and saw strips of hair, terrible! The same goes for the armpit. Now I'm using a 10-year-old Philips device that does a better job of hair removal. It's a shame I spent 100€ on this.

I have been using silk epil for years and I was really surprised by the difference! It is much faster, it catches the smallest hairs, and the light is very useful! Now, regarding the pain... it exists, it doesn't work miracles, but to a lesser extent than the previous model! I bought it for the second time because in 2 years the head stopped working, which I found out when I bought the second one and tried the new head. The only negative, but expected, is that over time the battery lasts less and less (for example, at first it was enough for a full body with one charge, and eventually it was enough for one leg and a little more, but now with the purchase of the second one, I have a backup)

I had an old model silk epil -indestructible- for years and I hesitated to buy a new model since the old one "did its job". I decided to replace it after studying the comments in the reviews and I wonder what I was doing all this time and I didn't change it! It is much faster with a larger and more flexible head and I am very satisfied! Now I also do my arms and armpits with the silk epil 9. I don't feel any pain, maybe because I have gotten used to waxing over the years. The facial brush is not something exceptional but it does its job decently.

By far one of the best I have tried! For years, I was being stingy and buying older models, which resulted in them breaking quickly, but the pain was unbearable! It is very fast, removes hair very easily, and if you have tried hair removal with this type of device, you will understand that this one hurts very little! It has a larger head than others I have tried! I highly recommend it without hesitation!

I used an old model silk epil for 12 years, which was one of the good and expensive ones when I bought it. One button broke, otherwise I wouldn't have replaced it. Eventually, I should have replaced it sooner. The current one has incredible speed and catches all the hairs on the first try, especially my blonde and soft ones. And it didn't hurt like before. I also liked the shaving attachment. I am very satisfied.

I am very satisfied with this epilator. Being brunette, I have struggled a lot with the issue of hair removal.
For many years, I used a razor, then I bought an older model of Braun epilator, but it hurt me a lot and I was not satisfied with the result. I switched back to a razor and then to wax. Hair removal was time-consuming and the result was not good. I decided to give another chance to an epilator.
Well, it is worth every penny and more.
1. It charges relatively quickly and the battery lasts longer than it claims.
2. It doesn't hurt me at all and it has only slightly irritated me in specific areas.
3. It removes even the short hairs.
4. Finally, I can do hair removal quickly. It takes only 15 minutes to finish both legs.
5. It leaves the skin smooth.
One tip for those who have issues with ingrown hairs like me: do a good body scrub before. After hair removal, use plenty of moisturizer.
*I haven't tried it yet on the bikini area and armpits.

Very fast and painless hair removal with one pass. Plenty of attachments. My old machine was also a BRAUN silk epil and lasted 15 years with just a simple head replacement... so I hope this one is equally durable. The only thing that concerns me is the battery life over time.

I am completely satisfied and pleased, especially with how quickly this machine removes hair compared to the previous model I had for years. Girls who have been using silk epil for years will definitely notice the big difference in the new models. For new users, there is definitely some pain in the beginning because the hair is removed from the root, but over time, the more you epilate and avoid shaving, the better the results will be and the pain won't be too much.
