I have had this knife for several years. Excellent for cutting meat, vegetables, bread. I have found it incredibly useful because it can cut very thin slices - pieces. Its blade is very thin and will not easily dull. One thing someone should be careful about is not to press it too hard because its handle is plastic and with its thin blade it is likely to break at the joint. I made that mistake but it was my fault, as that is not its intended use. Get it!!! It will give you great convenience in your kitchen. The blade is of good quality.
