Incredible sound. The negatives: sound delay in movies, the left one sometimes doesn't connect and you have to try again, only the right one works for phone calls. Overall, very satisfied because I only use them for music. Regarding the friend below who mentions the service, I would like to mention that Bose has very good service at Mesogeion 321. Very helpful and polite.

Εκει που διαρκουσε 3 ωρες εχει πεσει στην μιαμιση. Προσπαθησα να βρω service Ελλαδα αλλα μπα....Τωρα αναγκαστηκα ψαχνω για κατι αλλο γιατι δεν θελω να την ξαναπατησω.

I have been using them for about ten months. They are simply top-notch for their purpose. They are what they call, soundsport. The sound is simply excellent. The application is perfect and personally, it doesn't tire me even after a long time. With daily use for running and training, the battery is more than sufficient for a week. The connection (at least on iPhone) has never been a problem for me. In calls in noisy environments (e.g. the gym), you don't sound good, but outside or in relatively quiet environments, you have no issues. Overall, I am completely satisfied and highly recommend them to those who exercise.

The only negative thing is that during the conversation you can only hear from the right earphone... other than that, perfect

I have them for 2 years. The best thing on the market. They have been through water, bumps, everything you can imagine. The headphones are simply the best. If something happens to them, whenever that may be, I will buy them again. The sound is the best there is, and if you play them with VLC program, you will be amazed. Also, I read about battery consumption... not even close. With an S8 with Exynos, one of the worst processors out there, the battery on the phone lasts just fine. They are just expensive, but you get what you pay for. Anything else is just okay, I didn't have to buy them and I bought something else.

The only thing that bothers me is that when I watch a video, the sound lags. Other than that, it's wonderful

Build quality, excellent sound, as for the negatives: high battery consumption on my mobile (iPhone XS Max) and the fact that the left earphone cannot be used for calls on its own, resulting in not being able to switch to the earphone when the battery runs out on the main (right) one.
They easily collect dirt (like all of this type) no matter how often you clean your ears (hahaha).
I can't stand them for many hours on my own ear.

Advantages:
Very good sound, easy connection with the mobile.

Disadvantages:
Not comfortable in the ear (quite hard), probably to secure well so it doesn't fall when running/exercising.
When used as a Bluetooth handsfree, only the right earphone works.
It looks quite ugly when worn.

I have been using it for 10 days. Good sound quality, good microphone even in noisy environments. They are not very comfortable, although they are lightweight. During calls, only the right earphone works. If you don't listen to music, it's not worth getting it just for calls.
Difficult connection with Windows 10. When listening to music from the computer, it is not connected to the mobile phone to answer calls.
Also, it has hard-to-use buttons. Overall, the design and build quality are good.
I believe they have better connection with iPhone. I use them with Galaxy Note 9 and they disconnect sometimes...

After 2+ months of use as everyday headphones as well as for cycling and running, I can say that they are fantastic! They have exactly what I was looking for. Amazing sound, clean bass (maybe a bit exaggerated, but it's Bose, we know), clear mids and highs, and all of this without isolating you from your surroundings. You can talk to the person next to you without having to take them out of your ears, or while cycling, you can hear the car coming from behind you. This is very important for our safety.

We never wear headphones that isolate us from our surroundings when we are outside running or cycling, never!

As for the reports I read about sound loss in the left earbud, it simply requires a firmware update, which is likely outdated when you purchase them. They don't have any issues.

Simply incredible... I used to think that it's not worth spending so much money on headphones... And yet, they are so good that I don't want to use any of my previous ones again... Amazing in terms of build quality, sound quality, and volume... The case is very nice and has all the necessary indicators for charging... It's perfect...!!!

I have them for just 5 hours, they are amazing and beautiful, I do not regret buying them. The only negative thing I have to say is that personally, I would like a little more intensity. I highly recommend them

Bose has proven over time that it deserves a place in the top choices!!
As for what the product offers compared to its price, it is very good and in voice speech it captures every word correctly, unlike 3-4 different companies that I wouldn't want to name!

Excellent build quality, extremely lightweight, sound full with just the right amount of bass! I have them in orange! I believe there is no longer a reason to have headphones with cables! Bose did an incredible job with the sound! They are what we call "small but mighty"... perfect for the ears! Buy them with your eyes closed! Love!
