Description

The book is released with two titles "The Blues of Sunday" & "Ear Listener" and two covers, under the auspices of the Group for UNESCO Arts, Literature & Sciences of Greece.

"The Blues of Sunday"
(1st prize for theatrical monologue, at the 4th International Literary Competition of the Group for UNESCO Arts, Literature and Sciences of Greece.)

Pain is perhaps the most human, but also the most painful emotion. And it is faced by the heroine. The leisure of Sunday awakens within her all the painful situations of her life. She suffers from ankylosing spondylitis (AS) and the chronic pain of her illness causes, beyond the feeling of permanent discomfort, a permanent irritation that turns into aggression. The stiffness in her body and the limitation of her movements dull the feeling of insecurity and rejection. An unbearable and unjustified bitterness. But is it unjustified? What is brought up among her memories? What haunts her? Sometimes good and sometimes harsh, the heroine who hates half measures, monologues about her dancing blues shadows. The gloomy blues of a lonely Sunday, associated with her demons.

"Ear Listener"

A theatrical novella dominated by sounds and shadows. An almost transparent heroine, exiled from love and people, wanders constantly among notes and memories. Through the detailed recording of the events of her life, she tries to approach her own way out into the light. However, her days, like her nights, are immersed in darkness. In eerie sounds and the incessant dance of shadows. Memories mix with losses, denial, and visions, until the solution of the puzzle that defines her is realized.
