We don't keep them forever. After 1.5 years of daily use, we throw them away. We buy a new one because otherwise we will be spending thousands of euros on doctors due to the leaking aluminum that contaminates the food.
In general, the best utensils are made of stainless steel. Be informed about your health. Disposable ones are paper, and once health is lost, it cannot be regained.
After 1 month of intensive use, I am completely satisfied with this specific frying pan. The coating has not undergone any alteration and its non-stick ability is excellent. After many months, I don't know how it will be, but for now, I am using it without any problem.
Beautiful aesthetically, with the texture of a wooden handle, possibly the best one I have worked with so far.
The fact that it is heavier than a feather, for me, is a positive. It is sturdy and durable, and it shows that it will not easily warp. Of course, it has nothing to do with the cast iron that actually has weight.
Moreover, if wooden or plastic tools are used, there is no worry about scratching.
It cleans very easily, and everything indicates that it will last a long time :)
Unfortunately, mine has scratches. I also have a similar pot from the same company, and it's amazing! The only negative, as probably with all non-stick pans, is that the coating gradually scratches. It requires a lot of attention. Personally, I use metal utensils for cooking and I am quite careful, but I have noticed scratches. I believe with enough care, it will last for many years. I consider it a very good budget choice for cooking!
