So I was 50-50, I had heard a lot of different things and I decided to try them out and lose 15 euros.
Lighting: same as the factory ones, they may hit a little further in the dark.
Now in a well-lit area, they are not the best, they strain the eyes.
Rain, I don't know yet, but I believe they will be lacking due to the color, they will strain the eyes again.
Color: White is fine and the Xenon effect is nice.
Result: If someone uses them in a rural area without much lighting, they are worth it.
I, for one, am satisfied.

Clearly more aesthetically pleasing, the white lights they provide, however, make no difference in performance and length of illumination compared to the yellow ones I replaced. For better results, LED lights are definitely needed...
They perform as much as a classic bulb (maybe even less), the only difference is that it emits a whiter light.
Look for xenon type bulbs, they are the best with the only difference being that they are slightly whiter than the factory yellow ones. It is obvious that in order to get this white illumination, you lose visibility at night. With the yellow ones, I definitely saw better at night. But compared to some Chinese ones I bought for €5 at the beginning and put on, it was like I didn't have the lights on. I couldn't see anything. Then I bought the Philips ones and it was day and night compared to the Chinese ones for €5.
If you don't have xenon, everything else is cheap substitutes that simply annoy the drivers on the road. I have them very low so as not to bother and I have them just so I don't have the yellow lights. There is nothing else positive!
It is the second set that I am using. The best lighting and with a lifespan of around 2.5 years, in a car that does about 15,000 kilometers "at night" per year.
A product that has a short lifespan. When I first bought it, it cost almost 30 euros, and now as the years go by, it shows signs of wear. Even the most basic light bulbs are of better quality.
Just today (15/03/23) they were installed on an Opel Astra J.
Okay, the difference from the regular ones is obvious, whiter light, slightly bluish the light, but the light looks more beautiful, along with LED strips!

The only difference from the mom lamps is the color, which is cool white. I didn't see any difference in intensity or lighting range. Of course, I wasn't expecting xenon lights for €18. It enhances the appearance of the car quite a bit. I don't have an opinion on durability because I've only had them for a week. Only time will tell. I'm referring to the diamond vision ones.
I have these specific bulbs for 1 week and the only thing I noticed is the color. They are indeed Cool White. Unfortunately, with the regular yellow ones, I didn't notice any difference in intensity, I would even say they were stronger. I put them on a 2010 Corsa D. I don't know if I would buy them again, maybe I would spend a little more money to get LED ones.
They were purchased for a Citroen C3 2020 for the medium and high beam (fits both H7) because I didn't like the color difference compared to the daytime/position LED lights that the car has.
Overall, I can say that I am satisfied, the bulb looks completely white just like the LED lights in both the medium and high beam. The light does "yellow" a bit when driving, which is logical considering that the bulbs are halogen and not LED or xenon.
The installation was very easy for me, I did it myself in 10 minutes for all 4 bulbs. As for the brightness that many people mention, personally, they seem bright enough to me and definitely brighter than the ones the car had before. Of course, I haven't tested them on a completely dark rural road, but in a very dark spot in the city.
Now, as for durability, time will tell, I've had them for 4 days.
In summary, for those who want a definitely whiter light than the factory ones at a good price, these bulbs are a must! Especially if, like me, you have white LED lights for the position lights and yellow factory lights for the rest. For more demanding buyers, read below!
That's the end of my review, but I will write a few more general pieces of information that I learned before purchasing, which might help you find what you're looking for.
For those who are not familiar with the color of light, we compare it to temperature. 5000K is supposed to be full white, and as it gets lower, it becomes more yellow and ends up in orange, and as it gets higher, it becomes whiter and ends up in blue. Halogen bulbs are the bulbs that cars have been using for years, essentially they have a wire inside that heats up and produces light. The heating always produces light in an orange/yellow shade. These specific bulbs are coated with a special blue shade, as seen in the photos, to convert this phenomenon and make the light they produce have the shade you want (4000K, 4500K, 5000K, etc.). That's why many people write in the comments that it yellows a bit and is not completely white (5000K) because halogen bulbs work this way. Therefore, logically, it yellows a bit, but as I said in the review, it only appears when you're driving, the bulb itself, at least to me, appears completely white.
Now, for those who want a pure white light or even a bluish tint, they need to look for LED/XENON bulbs where the shade in Kelvin is more realistic (especially for LED). Also, choosing LED/XENON means definitely brighter light than halogen! But for those interested in this option, they should know that in most cars that do not have LED lights on their own, an adapter will be needed to install them (either LED or xenon), which means extra money + installation at an electrician's shop. The cost is definitely double!
I paid 30 euros for halogen bulbs for the medium/high beam and I got relatively more expensive halogen bulbs that are of good brand (Philips). If I had bought LED or xenon, we're talking about definitely double the price, and that's for the cheaper brands. For example, if I had bought Philips LED H7, it would have been around 100 euros, which is more than double.
For 15 euros and an additional 5 euros for installation, it is a decent purchase compared to the factory Skoda headlights. Unfortunately, they burned out after only one year of use...
They perform better in dark areas of the road, both on the right and left. However, these specific ones are not Canbus.
I put them in a Mercedes C Class.
The good thing about cars that have projector-style lights is that during the day, the blue of the bulb is not visible.
The light is not as cool as a LED bulb.
It resembles warm xenon, I would say.

Very good in intensity and color, especially on dark rural roads and wet pavement. I put the same ones on the medium and far range. It is good to change both light ranges with the same type of bulb. Of course, the car's headlight also plays a big role, in mine, which is new, it was fine.
In the middle scale, I have LED lights, so I decided to get something for the large scale as well. First impression, I didn't like it. Also, I have to note that I have lowered the headlights so that they don't blind my LED lights, that's why they appear very low. For the middle scale, I believe H7 would be a good choice for someone who doesn't want anything crazy
Good for effects, bad in performance.
I installed them in my car, being excited about the cool color temperature, 5000K, etc.
In terms of performance, they did not impress me at all, except for the fact that their lifespan was relatively short (not even 2 years). After a while, there were times when I couldn't see well at night (not to mention rain or fog).
In the end, after their lifespan ended, I switched to the White Vision Ultra to have better illumination and a relatively white color temperature at 4200K.
Let's not forget that bulbs should provide good illumination for good visibility at night. Safety comes first, and color effects come second.
They are very nice bulbs if you want cool light, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend them!
I have bought these specific bulbs again, they are reliable in terms of their operating hours. They are good in terms of brightness for their price, but not as good as the ultra ones

I give it 5 stars because it is the closest to white (cool) in halogen bulb!
Certainly, the light is not as white as a LED bulb, but the color is very impressive!
I don't consider them as powerful as the high-end ones.
They don't bother the oncoming drivers (as far as I could use them due to quarantine)
Essentially, they are simple halogen bulbs with a blue film (coating) on top, which achieves the white color. In the past, I had similar lower-quality ones that, over time and the heat of the bulb, caused this blue film to lose its property and appear as simple warm bulbs again. Only time will tell about their color durability and lifespan. For now, I would buy them again!
They were installed a week ago in a replacement xenon for Smart Fortwo 450 (headlights with mirror). The result has almost the same visual feel, although it is, I think, better in the following aspects:
1. It does not blind the front lights since it does not have dispersion towards... anywhere like the xenon had.
2. The color of the light is relatively similar to the xenon. After the change, I did not feel the classic yellowish tint in the light, but the transition was visually very smooth, with the only difference being that the new bulbs light up immediately and not like the xenon (a burst of light at the beginning and gradually increasing intensity until the operating point).
I have yet to see their durability over time and I will come back with updates.
Update 14/7/2023. After almost 2.5 years, the bulbs continue to work perfectly fine, with daily use of the car, without seeming to have lost any of their initial brightness.
Their light color is very close to xenon. White and soothing light while driving, without excessive bluish tint and "bling". These bulbs greatly modernize the car. By using these bulbs, there is no reason to deal with aftermarket xenon. They do not bother oncoming drivers and their illumination is more than satisfactory. Among their disadvantages is their short lifespan (about 1-2 years) and reduced performance in rain and fog.
I am probably the exception, I have been using them for 3.5 years with frequent night driving and long distances. They have the same brightness as the factory ones, but over time their performance noticeably decreases. As for the color, it is pure white and closest to xenon. However, they do not provide sufficient visibility in rain and snow (due to the 5000k color)
The bulbs are rubbish... I tried them on a piaggio beverly 300ie 2011 with low and high beams... They have half the brightness of the factory ones it had... I can't seeeeeeee
Well... this lamp is pretty with a nice white light, but it is excessively weak. My Corsa, with its 15-year-old mom lamps, shines brighter than these Philips ones that I've been using for a week and the right one already burned out. It's ridiculous for a top brand company to have such an unacceptable lamp
These are the perfect bulbs for those who want a nice white light. Their intensity is an improvement from the no-name yellow ones I had before, without bothering people, with a beam of light similar to the factory one. Keep in mind that their intensity gradually decreases within the two years they last approximately. Then they burn out and you have to buy them again. At least that's how it works for me, I have changed them 3 times in 6 years and every time I put them on for the first time, I notice the difference in light intensity. Highly recommended!

Regarding durability, I cannot have an opinion on the subject of blue color and brightness for halogen bulbs, they are impeccable!
Nice white light but with lower intensity than the factory ones... for strong light but with a yellowish tint, I installed the Xtreme Vision by Philips, which are much stronger and have the same lifespan of 400 hours.

I am very satisfied with them, I have installed them as headlights and they emit a very nice distinct white color. They illuminate perfectly and I can see very well. Now, as for someone who installs them on a large scale and cannot see, I don't know
