It's not very powerful but it removes the hairs. I have it for a year. I have tried several more expensive ones but I don't remember any of them removing the hairs with just one pass. The effort is almost the same. Also, after a year and a half, they almost didn't do their job so I decided to try this one.
It does its job, it may not catch all the hairs with one pass, but with a little patience, it manages. It doesn't hurt when it removes hair. Extra attachments that are useful.
I bought it because I had never tried this method of hair removal before (I only used a razor) and I was afraid that if I couldn't handle the pain, I would have wasted money on buying a more expensive and branded epilator...
I bought it for 17€ and I really didn't expect this result!!!
On the positive side: It removes the hair from the root and doesn't cut them like I have read about others, it doesn't hurt almost at all and the duration has impressed me...
With the razor, I used to shave my legs every 2 days and now it has been 3 days and I will probably need to do hair removal again on the 5th or 6th day!!!
Maybe it's not many days, but for me who used the razor day after day, it's a breath of fresh air!!!
With the trimmer head, I used it on my arms for the first time and even though it simply cuts the hair, I can say that it lasted for over a week and the hair had thinned out when it finally grew back...
The facial cleansing head is very good, I loved it!!!
Also, the battery lasts for sure 45 minutes.
On the negative side: I think it makes a lot of noise, but as I said, I haven't tried others to compare.
It requires a lot of patience, at least for me who wanted to remove even the tiniest hair, and you need to find the right pressure to remove stubborn hairs.
The result is not smooth... I don't know why but even though it has removed all the hair, it feels like the second day after shaving, because you won't see any hair with your eyes...
Also, there is irritation (I can't judge if it's significant or minor because I don't have a point of comparison with another) but it subsides in a few hours.
I'm writing all of this after the first use of the epilator head, which means that things might change over time with its usage, either towards the positive or negative side...
Also, I should mention that I have sparse hair and thin hair.
I cannot compare it to other hair removal devices, this particular one has two speeds for faster and slightly slower hair removal. Personally, I don't feel much pain on my legs, and I also don't think that this type of device should be used on other parts of the body. However, it doesn't irritate the legs. The result is not silky smooth, but I am satisfied with the duration compared to a razor. I believe you can go for ten days with a presentable result. The razor is also useful and effective, it provides a much quicker shave compared to a traditional razor and is not dangerous for cuts. I haven't used the other attachments, but they seem functional.
Edit: It stopped working after about a year and a half of use.
Apart from the first use, which is very painful (if you don't use it for hair removal), it is a relatively comfortable process. I believe that for its price (22 euros), it is an excellent hair removal device, similar ones didn't impress me and I won't use some of them (massage head, cleaning brush).
