It is correct and in my opinion one of the best, if not the best, in terms of design.
The handles are good and the grip, although it initially irritates the skin, becomes very good after a little use.
These days I am lifting maximum weight, meaning more than the line, probably around 45-50kg, and it is perfect. Although I never let it sit at the Max, because I always have to warm up to lift with Max properly without getting injured.
What remains is to learn the correct way of using it, let me put it this way: 1) How to hold it correctly, see my pictures or a video, and 2) Always warm up, meaning 2 seconds of movement at the beginning to warm up the hand with less weight than Max, and always controlled movements.
Now, if it has any weakness, it would probably be the fact that it has a large opening, so someone with small fingers might struggle to put it on their hand correctly.

Did you find this review helpful?Well, this specific resistance band is very good. Of course, it is worth its money and more. It does the job exactly as one would expect without any problems. For those who complain about the handle rubbing their hand, etc... I suggest they toughen up a bit and stop complaining. If you really complain that your hand hurts, you are at the very least ridiculous and it shows your ignorance about resistance bands and exercise in general. Now, as for the resistance, from my own experience, at the maximum resistance (where it doesn't twist anymore), my model is definitely more than 40kg, I would say somewhere around 60kg-70kg without exaggerating, and I can say it with certainty because I have tried other resistance bands of 70kg and 90kg, and this one falls somewhere in between. Now, it may be just my model made this way because from what I understand from other comments, there are different models. Anyway, I generally recommend it, very good and covers a wide range of resistances, perfect for someone who is just starting out because it has a great room for improvement, it will definitely last them for quite some time until they get something stronger.

CAUTION: the maximum scale selection (see black lines) should not exceed the last line as the spring cannot withstand the pressure and will break. This has happened to me. Furthermore, what matters is the correct execution of the exercise, the repetitions (4x20), and not the "strength" you exert. NO to overexertion - YES to smooth and gradual increase in strength. Compared to other similar products, I will focus on the effective range of motion. Favorite "tool." I DO NOT FORGET 1) "strength" starts from the fingertips (the grip) & 2) NO haste: improvement will come gradually. For all these reasons, strengthening the bar and fingers is necessary. This specific resistance band does the job.
19/8/22 - Only one objection objectively. I needed and bought a total of 4 pieces either because I needed them or because they broke (due to incorrect use, see exceeding the lines). I found that in one of the 4, the spring was significantly less firm and in another relatively more difficult. So, for this unjustifiable deviation, in my opinion, minus one star. Did you find this review helpful?It has increased the vascularity of the bar and has definitely helped with volume, but not a huge difference. I always have it in my routine when I do arms and the pump it provides is unmatched. The arms need a good warm-up before starting multiple repetitions. With warming up, I can easily do three times as much as when I'm cold and struggling.
1/9/2022: From struggling to do a few repetitions with a 15kg resistance, now I can hold statically 40kg for almost a minute and the repetitions come out very easily. Day by day, I do exercises but not too strictly. It does a good job. The bar hasn't dramatically changed in appearance because even with 40kg, you can't see a big difference. Changes are noticeable from 90+ kg.

The second one looks similar but it has nothing to do with it. When you decrease the resistance, the range of motion decreases dramatically. Which makes it useless unless you put it at 40 kilograms of resistance...
