Confirmed low vitamin D with blood tests. I took it systematically for a month and did a blood test at home for vitamin D that you can order through the internet, and the blood test showed that vitamin D was sufficient. It does not show values, but it shows whether it is sufficient or insufficient. Personally, I will continue with it.
It didn't help me at all. Vitamin D3 at the end of December was 28.4nmol. I started using this product in early January. Vitamin D3 in early March was 27.7nmol. After 2 full months of proper and daily use, the D3 level decreased instead of increasing. The price is a bit high, it should have at least done its job. I will not use it again.
I have not had the chance to take tests after using it to see its effectiveness... Easy to use with a wonderful taste!! Small quantity for its price. You should not swallow for 8-10 seconds after spraying it inside the cheek.
