Description

..."Deconstructing" philosophy means that I contemplate the structured genealogy of its concepts in the most faithful and inner way, and that at the same time I discern... everything that this history concealed or prohibited, as it became history through this... self-interested repression. At that very moment, through this faithful but also violent circulation between the inside and the outside of philosophy... a textual work is produced that provides great pleasure. A self-interested writing that also delivers to us the philosophemes... of something that could not be presented in the history of philosophy, which is not present anywhere, since what prevails... is to question the major determination of the meaning of Being as presence, a determination that constitutes according to Heidegger the destiny of philosophy. Therefore, we can consider the treatment of writing as an extremely revealing symptom, from Plato to Rousseau, to Sartre, to Husserl, occasionally even to Heidegger himself, and a fortiori to all contemporary discourses... Such a symptom is necessarily and structurally concealed, for reasons and in ways that I attempt to analyze.
