I started running, like most people, for health reasons and to control my weight. For many years, that was all it was. I ran regularly and felt good about my body. Slowly, however, running began to mean much more. It became my resilience in difficult moments, a constant challenge to push my limits, and a journey with many friends, where each of us could invest expectations and dreams. A new chapter in my life, one that rejuvenates you and opens up new horizons. At some point, I combined it with my other love, writing, through a column in Athens Voice that led to this book. I continue to enjoy both.
