Don't even think about buying it, possibly the worst product I have ever purchased, as well as the FAIRY SHOP where I bought it. Within a month, I received TWO defective products, and neither of them produced steam (note that I asked them to check the second product if it works and they didn't even bother), without steam, the hair gets completely dried out with this straightener, it took them a very long time to process the request for replacement. Truly UNACCEPTABLE, without any way to communicate with them.

It is very effective even though it does not produce steam directly, it definitely needs its 5 minutes to warm up, so I wait a little. It requires caution because it easily burns the hair. I had it for at least 4 years, I used it on a daily basis! Very good straightener. I have thin hair and it didn't damage it almost at all compared to other straighteners I had in the past! Recently, it started flickering so the cable would bend and in the end it burned. It was definitely worth the money, I bought it for double the price than now and I will definitely buy it again!
