Amazing press!!! Before, I had the Belissima by Imetec, which, although it was good, the power supply broke in the first year. However, the Remington shines and straightens the hair so well that it lasts for days. Additionally, its price is very good. So far, I am completely satisfied.
I bought it because of good reviews, I wanted a Bellisima since my daughter has one and I have tried it, but I thought that for 1-2 times a month that I wanted to do the fringe and the sides, I didn't need to spend so much money, so I decided to get this one as a more affordable but also branded option. I used it 2-3 times with heat protection and it burned my hair. I thought maybe I did something wrong, I didn't use it for a while, I treated my hair, fixed it, and used it again yesterday with caution and a temperature of 190 degrees and protection. Unfortunately, it burned my hair again. If I had the packaging, I would request a return. It's really unacceptable. With the Bellisima, which was an older model, I never had any problems. I do not recommend it, be careful
Unacceptable.... My hair became like straw and smelled burnt after every use, and the straightening didn't last at all.. Even though I made sure to have the temperature properly adjusted and used heat protectant. After the third time I used it, I threw it away.. It ruined my hair
Very mediocre. It really damaged my hair compared to a more expensive model from the same company. It's okay for straightening every now and then... if you want a cheap flat iron.
It makes the hair incredibly oily. I have very dry scalp and my hair doesn't get oily at all, but as soon as I used the straightener, the next day my hair looked greasy. The same thing happened the next two times I used it

I have had this straightener for 4 years. I have broken, bleached hair and it frizzes a lot. With a good heat protectant, the straightener works wonders. Perfect result. I highly recommend it.
I would not recommend it. 1) It makes the hair oily 2) It weighs it down and 3) the scent is very bad, even though I have had it for a long time it smells very bad. I used another brand and my hair is shiny and lightweight.

Quite a good straightener, the hair is straight to curly. I use it often for this reason and in the review I wrote that it is damaging. It is suitable for curls as well. I would definitely recommend it!
I have curly hair, rarely straighten it, and when I do, it's usually at the hair salon. However, I decided to buy this straightener because it was recommended to me and I found it affordable. It does its job and has impressed me every time I've used it (about 5-6 times in total). HOWEVER, from those times, I realized that it has damaged my curl. After washing my hair following the straightening, I now have straight tufts ☹️. I was very upset because they haven't returned and I'm just waiting for these tufts to grow out.

I had a cheap one for years and thought it was doing a good job. I got this one on the lowest temperature setting and it straightens my hair instantly with just one pass. It leaves it smooth and it looks like I did multiple passes. It doesn't damage the hair at all. I wonder how I was satisfied with the old one

This specific curling iron helps me a lot, it heats up quickly, has a suitable size (requires a little caution when holding it from the edge to close it so as not to burn yourself), it is lightweight and easy to carry.

I had a hair straightener from the same company for years and I was very satisfied. I cut my hair short and needed one with smaller plates. It leaves the hair very smooth compared to the previous one, its plates have a slight movement and it helps with the curling, and another positive thing for me is that it straightens the hair very close to the root.
While I was very satisfied with this straightener (having it for only 7 months), suddenly, while it was turning on normally, the plates stopped heating up and there was a continuous noise. Luckily, I was able to return it and get my money back, but I no longer have trust to buy the same one. I probably got a defective product as they told me in the store.

I read comments that it damages the hair to some extent. I have a fairly brittle hair with thick strands that doesn't easily straighten. It is the first time that it straightens with just one pass at 190 degrees, not even more. The instruction manual provides all the information you need for its proper operation to meet the needs of your hair.
I bought it mainly for curls. It damages the hair with the first pass, without holding the curl for long. It dries them excessively. And unlike other devices I had, it doesn't hold the result at all. I was really looking forward to it, and I was very disappointed.
Before this straightener, I had another one that cost three times as much. I consider the Remington one to be better. It heats up in 2 minutes, straightens my curly hair faster, and gives a smooth result. The straightening lasts and my hair doesn't frizz. It also creates nice and light curls. When I bought it, it came with a free case, which is very useful as you can store the straightener immediately after use without waiting for it to cool down. I would definitely buy it again (I've had it for 3 years and it hasn't had any issues). The only thing I would suggest is to also get a special heat-resistant glove with the straightener.
I bought this specific hair straightener 2-3 months ago and I am completely satisfied! I bought it mainly to curl my hair, but also to have the ability to straighten it for a sleeker result if I want. My hair is completely straight (quite heavy, resulting in my previous straightener not being able to maintain the result, even with the help of styling products), with very fine strands and ends without split ends, although they have been previously bleached. I can say that I use it at least once a week, at 170 degrees (because I have fine hair) and I haven't noticed the slightest damage, it maintains the result for two days without applying any product afterwards. Easy to use. I read negative comments about the cable, which is 1.80m long, and personally, it suits me very well!
I have an older model of Remington hair straightener among others, so my purchase was fully targeted and conscious. I confirm all the good reviews that I read. An exceptional product that minimally damages the hair.
For the money, it is very good. It straightens hair quickly (which is quite curly), leaving it soft. The only negative is that the straightening does not last the next day and I need to do it again, compared to the Belissima Absolute which kept the straightening for days.
I have nothing to compare it with.. But it definitely does a very good job. I liked that it came with a carrying case.
