My experience with this specific product is disappointing. In order to program it (it has instructions in English but they are particularly complex), you must necessarily insert a SIM card, call from another mobile phone to the corresponding number, and program it by pressing the corresponding buttons on the mobile phone! I have installed many technology devices. This particular product was unbelievably complicated. In addition to the fact that 2 accessories were missing from the packaging, the quality of the materials used for construction was extremely cheap and low. I found a similar product (without SIM) with the same functions, just slightly more expensive, and it did the job. Despite being economical in the market, it is not worth the installation hassle.

I have bought 4 devices. In the 1st device, the capacitor exploded, in the 2nd the communication with the phone was faulty, in the 3rd, after a few months, the remote controls disconnected and couldn't be paired again, and in the 4th, everything works fine
