For the money, it's fine (up to medium size helmet).
The positives are the price, size, and protection of the helmet.
The negatives are that the shoulder straps are short - in winter, you will struggle to put it on over your jacket. It does not have a central strap to tie the two shoulder straps on the chest. I consider it unacceptable for a motorcycle bag to have side pockets with the zipper closing at the bottom of the pocket (!!!!). I solved this issue with a small carabiner (see photo). Finally, I would like a pocket inside the backpack for papers.
up to medium size, the helmet fits comfortably, inner padding to prevent scratching the helmet, and side pockets that easily fit gloves. The only downside I found is that it has short straps for the back.
My Biltwell Lane Splitter fits perfectly in its case and also has two side pockets that can fit a glasses case. Great value for money.
The HJC FG-17 fits comfortably and is even wrapped in bubble wrap inside its "pouch". The bag is just fine!
The agv k1 doesn't fit. Waste of money... Sometimes I can barely fit the jacket (dainese hawkers) which barely fits. The mt revenge is very difficult to put on. If it was a little bigger, it would be okay.
