The book aims to present in a simple way the characteristics of various textual genres encountered by educators and students in the school and wider social environment.
In the first part of the book, understanding and familiarity are attempted with:
- the composition of original, fictional stories,
- the characteristics and methods of composing informational texts (journalistic texts, book reviews, letters, invitations, etc.),
- the linguistic characteristics, content, and organization of narrative and descriptive texts.
In the second part of the book, original activities of free and structured writing are proposed, which help educators and students apply what they have learned about textual genres.
