The stainless steel sinks Maidtec are made exclusively from top-quality steel (CrNi 18/10), type AISI 304, which is suitable for contact with food. They exhibit excellent resistance to strong acids such as nitric acid, alkaline solutions, as well as solutions of organic and inorganic salts, ensuring the sink remains unchanged.
The finish is satin, meaning it is smooth and requires more care, as limescale is more visible.
The installation is inset, meaning it is recessed into the countertop and its rim protrudes. It is the easiest and most common installation for kitchen sinks. Essentially, the weight of the sink is supported by the countertop itself, with some support points at the bottom for stabilization. Sealing is achieved with insulating material, such as silicone, which is placed around the perimeter of the hole, under the rim.
It features a large basin, which facilitates the washing of large utensils, such as baking trays.
Beyond the length and width of the sink, you should also check the installation dimensions, or cabinet. The cabinet is the required space that must remain empty in the cupboard under the sink, so that during the installation of the sink it can be placed comfortably.
The sink is installed in a cabinet of 80 cm.

I do not have a good experience so far from using this sink. It easily shows scratches from use, especially when I leave dishes and utensils inside and they become more pronounced after washing. I always use a soft sponge for cleaning, but even with that, if it's slightly dirty, it will scratch the sink. Overall, it requires intensive cleaning to maintain its initial shine. The depth of 19 centimeters is generally small for a single sink and makes it difficult for large trays. At this price point, it is not possible to combine good quality and affordability at the same time.
Unfortunately, rust stains appeared on its surface, even though I clean it diligently and do not let water dry on its surface, but still the marks were created. It has a small depth for this dimension, unjustifiable for me. As for durability, I have not been satisfied either, as within a short period of 2 months, it has filled with scratches and gives you the impression of a fragile metal that bends.
The sink, during the time I have been using it, has shown some inexplicable small rust spots on its surface (despite being stainless steel) without any apparent cause. These spots do not go away with scrubbing. Additionally, it frequently collects salt and stains from cleaning. In terms of construction quality, it is very low, corresponding to its price... very thin sheet metal that makes noise and scratches easily with just a few drops of water from the faucet. Poor quality-price ratio!
Very good for the money it costs, I have bought much more expensive branded products that were of inferior quality and Greek-made!!!

The size of the sink is the most convenient thing to use as it can fit a baking tray upright and is easily cleaned, which is difficult with a sink that has two basins. Aesthetically, it definitely loses in terms of practicality, but it is incredible how much it will come in handy.
The stainless steel quality could be somewhat better, as after 2 months of use, there are signs of surface discoloration, not deep scratches. To see them, you would have to focus quite a bit, but I don't know how they will develop over time.
The packaging had everything inside, including the valve and drain, except for the siphon, which needs to be purchased separately (costs 5-10€).
Don't bother looking for a dish rack, there is no confirmed one from Pyramis for this sink model. That's why you won't find anything that matches 100% in the market. Maybe a patent will help or you can simply decide to have a dish rack on your countertop.
The faucet is installed in the center. I recommend placing it with a slight tilt to the right or left, rather than completely in the center, as it increases the practicality of the sink and allows for better use of space. If you can find a faucet that can rotate or has a shower head, you will have optimal results.
Overall, it is worth the money and even a slightly better build quality would be desirable, but it doesn't mean it's a bad product.
A big plus for me in choosing this product over others is that it is a Greek product produced in our country by people who live, are paid, and consume here.
Excellent size sink and very good construction. The only negative is that I have difficulty finding a matching dish rack.
