Usage Instructions:

  • Before each use, make sure that the safety valve, release button, and pressure regulator valve are clean and functioning properly
  • Ensure that the gasket is clean and properly placed on the lower inner rim of the lid
  • Carefully check inside the lid to ensure that the safety valve is in good condition and can move freely
  • The recess of the pressure regulator valve located on the inner side of the lid should also be checked to ensure it is not blocked, using a sharp object
  • After each use, always clean the cooker with warm water and liquid detergent
  • Do not use strong or corrosive detergents, products containing bleach, or wire sponges
  • The main body of the cooker can be washed in the dishwasher, but not the lid

    I would not buy it again. The non-stick pan is garbage after one year. For Tefal, I would say it's a shame.

    The service of TEFAL is a great disappointment. The bottom surface of the small pot has scratches and it damaged my ceramic stove. I sent the item to the service and they returned it to me claiming that there is nothing wrong with it and it is the same as all their products. I had a phone conversation with the technician who checked it and he claimed the same thing. I didn't find a solution and I am left with a defective item and a scratched kitchen surface.
    Based on a previous comment about a defective lid, I conclude that if you encounter a problem, you are wasting your money.

    I SIMPLY WON'T TOUCH TEFAL AGAIN!

    The lid closes very difficultly after a few uses and their response is "that's how it is". I went to the store and tried the same one and it closes perfectly fine. Expensive to break so quickly.
