Economical but the temperature adjustment is very approximate on the same scale. Sometimes it produces less heat and other times more heat. The thermostat is probably not very accurate
It does its job, but it's not very powerful when it comes to boiling, meaning that it takes a while for the water in the pot to boil so I can cook my pasta. It's disappointing. As for the rest, like frying, it's fine.
