This book does not replace that of the organization, nor is it a simple "solution" for its exercises. It is a necessary supplement to the school book of the E' grade of primary school, as special emphasis has been placed on the methodical and comprehensible development of the theory, so that the reader can easily understand the definitions and concepts of Physics.

Each chapter is divided into three parts:
- the first contains the theory, written in a simple and illustrative way
- the second processes the exercises, observations, and conclusions of the workbook
- the third part provides exercises and review questions for further practice.

The book includes a 16-page insert with the solutions and answers to the exercises and review questions.
It is addressed to students, their parents, as well as teachers.
