A Bridge to the Student's Success

The study of management is important for the path to success.

The cover shows the Christopher S. Bond Bridge crossing the Missouri River near Kansas City, Missouri. The bridge, named after a former senator of the state of Missouri on October 12, 2007, is a suspension bridge approximately 520 meters long with a diamond-shaped central pillar and a lighting system that illuminates the entire length of the bridge. The Bond Bridge received an Honorary Award from the American Institute of Architects.

People working individually have achieved significant accomplishments in history, such as scientific discoveries or works of art. However, much more has been achieved by people who, being managers, have enhanced their talent and abilities - and the talent and abilities of others. None of the wonders of architecture, like this one, was built by one person alone. On the contrary, they are all triumphs of management.
