I have had it for about nine months, I had a different model of the same brand for 7 years, a little cheaper, and I was satisfied. I bought this model because I gave away the previous one, and I am completely satisfied with both. However, with this one, I feel that it makes my hair smoother and shinier. It definitely does what it promises, at least for my hair. I have natural curls, and with just one or two passes, it makes them perfectly straight and they stay that way until I wet them again
Very good straightener. Both for straightening and curling. Heats up very quickly and with one pass you're good to go (for curly hair, I don't know). It's a bit of a hassle, like all of them. It's worth its money.

Very good, straightens hair with just one pass, at 170 degrees (due to bleaching) it easily creates curls.. generally keeps every hairstyle for three days! I recommend it
