This volume presents issues related to psychosomatic problems that occur in children and adolescents. An attempt has been made, through the various chapters, to present an exposition of current causal perspectives on psychosomatic disorders, taking into account the significant importance of biological, psychological, familial, and social factors, as well as their interaction. It is also evident that in the therapeutic treatment of psychosomatic disorders, all of the above factors need to be considered.
