    The 15kg weights are the best and most ideal for me. Because they belong to the medium weights, meaning they are neither light nor excessively heavy. This way, you can become fit after a period of time, while definitely not feeling the same discomfort as when lifting weights of 20kg or more.................. Finally, I would like to say that Amila weights are very high-quality and durable, so buying them was definitely a very good choice.

    P.S. However, be careful because the 15kg weights are not for beginners.
