    Indeed, it does hurt the feet at the ankle points as mentioned in another review. I will try using a towel as I am unable to properly complete the exercises.

    The metal rods injure the foot around the ankle with the slightest movement. There is nothing to hold back the pressure exerted by the angle of the base of the metal cylinder on the skin. It would be helpful if there wasn't a sharp angle... Not recommended!
