The Celsius series is based on proven technology with advanced developments and top-quality sound damping materials to provide exceptional cooling performance with minimal noise output. The dual-function smart speed controllers are simple and robust without the need for additional software. Both fan speeds and pump speeds can be managed with an intelligent automatic mode or switched to PWM mode for precise user control.

I have it for two years, you can't even hear it, it has better fans compared to a Corsair I had (H75). I have it on Ryzen 5 1600. The installation was very easy, a little difficulty one may have only in organizing the cables for the fans for the first time. The pre-applied thermal paste is very good. The installation on the processor is a piece of cake. I highly recommend it without hesitation!
I can say that I have loved it, it is very high-quality construction, very beautiful and simple. It is very convenient that it has a regulator for 3 fans on the CPU block, in auto and PWM mode. It has very good fans on top, it is incredibly quiet and on a Ryzen 5 1600 OC at 4GHz, it keeps it at full load at 56° and idle in winter around 25°. If you have space in your case, get it. I have had it for a year now and it has not given me any issues so far, even though it has a 5-year warranty
At the 102 euros I bought it, we are really talking about a tremendous deal. Excellent construction, exemplary packaging, and the fans work perfectly. Of course, we shouldn't forget to mention that it has the ability to be converted into a custom liquid cooling system with the addition of radiators, a pump, etc.
Update: 9 months later, I am writing because now I have seen it in both winter and summer. Coming from a 212X in terms of temperature, I saw a decrease of 5 degrees in idle (from 35 to 30-31) and 10 to 12 degrees in load (from 62-63 to 52-50). It makes a big difference in terms of sound, where you can't hear it at all under load compared to air cooling. In general, I would say that I am very satisfied and I have not regretted transitioning to liquid cooling from an aftermarket air cooling. If your case can accommodate it, it is worth it.
