Very good product, excellent electrode application, I recently bought it and it has not presented any problems in its operation. Very easy program menu. The packaging from the store where I bought it also included instructions in Greek. I highly recommend it.
I bought it because I suffer from tendonitis in my right shoulder, I am very satisfied, my mom used it and my husband who has issues with his back, it is good and I recommend it!
Very economical for the miracles it does. I have not enjoyed any other purchase so much. The pains in my legs immediately disappeared with physiotherapy, my body tightened and I toned up with the passive exercise program, as for the massage pure pleasure. My life changed, my self-confidence changed, it has a 3-year warranty, the batteries never run out and the maximum intensity you can put is so strong that it vibrates your whole body, as for the spare parts it is very easy to find ones that fit almost all. Don't even think about it, just get it
I am writing a review to point out that I bought it for around 37 euros... years ago... and now I see it for 55! What happened and why did it increase so much? Previously, I could find it for a maximum of 45-50.
I still use it, everything is fine. However, the price increase is condemnable.
I got it for back pain but it didn't work at all :/. At low power you can barely feel it and at high power the muscles have spasms, which makes it annoying. Also, the instructions are somewhat complicated and I get anxious every time if I'm placing the electrodes in the right position and distance, etc. The quality of the electrodes is quite poor, they need to be changed.
MIRACULOUS AND AMAZING PRODUCT!!! Multiple programs for strengthening, relaxation, and pain relief! It has multiple programs and in each program, it alternates the rhythm without tiring but instead reaching a point where you enjoy it!! I have used it on my abs for strengthening and it really tightens the muscles, massage where it truly relaxes, and finally for relieving neck pain which I have an issue with and it relieves me... It is definitely worth it and more! As for the patches, it is logical that after several uses they do not stick due to skin oiliness, so you simply get replacements of the same brand for 20 euros, 8 pieces! That simple
I do not want to say too many words BUT I have had a problem with herniated disc for 10 years and:
1) my TENS machine reduces the pain more than lonarid, voltaren, and movatec combined!!!
I did not know this, but the electricity from the TENS machine isolates the pain signal to the brain for about 24 hours.
2) the TENS machine not only reduces pain but also improves blood circulation in the area, and the flare-up of the herniated disc subsides in 10 days instead of 20.
3) the EMS strengthens the area, greatly reducing the likelihood of spinal compression and disc herniation.
It should be done after 15 days once the inflammation subsides.
As for those who talk about the cost of spare parts, whether they cost 6€, 18€, or 40€, I do not care... I have spent over 3000 on physiotherapy and I will not bother commenting on 40€ for spare parts. Obviously, those who discuss it do not have a serious pain problem.
I also heard about battery life. I just laugh. I went and bought 100 batteries instead of going for one visit to a neurosurgeon.
The only negative thing is that the massage function works wonderfully and my girlfriend keeps using it all the time.
I have been saved. That's it.
I didn't expect it, I thought it would do something but not perfectly... I was wrong... it does more than enough the job for which I bought it... flawless... good quality... easy handling 10/10
It gives you a massage/treatment/strengthening with electricity - something that sometimes is annoying when you increase the intensity and it's not pleasant at all to continue. If you do it gently, you don't feel anything. It definitely didn't help with the grip I have - I didn't see any difference.
I have been using this device for two years now!! It is simply perfect! I buy stickers from abroad! I do tens on my neck when it hurts and ems on the abdominal area to help with weight loss!! A little massage for relaxation now and then!!!
One of the best purchases I have made! I bought it for back pain and it really is the only thing that can relieve me. Excellent and with a variety of programs! The only negative is the high cost of electrode replacements which unfortunately do not last long. Using it twice a day every 2 weeks requires a change.
It works! It's like doing a form of physiotherapy at home!!! Just be careful with the electrodes because they are a bit sensitive. I have used other similar devices but I am impressed with this one!
Greek menu. Very easy to use, with explanatory images for all parts of the body, back, legs, etc... which are included in the booklet that accompanies the device, with a variety of programs that cover all the needs of TENS, EMS, MASSAGE. It has intensity levels. I usually choose the medium one and it does the job for me. Personally, I have two hollows, a mild case indeed, but they bother me sometimes. It has saved me, although normally it also requires some exercise. The combination of exercise and the machine is ideal so that you never hurt again.
I have it for 1 month and my mother uses it daily for at least two hours. It relieves pain and relaxes the muscles. It has enough power, that's true. For now, we are very satisfied.
What most people have said is true. Very powerful, very easy to use, the batteries last a long time. For this price, it is a one-way street, incredible value for money!
I have it for a month and I use it every day for over an hour for knee rehabilitation after surgery. It does the same job as what they put on me at the physiotherapy center. For good results, it is very important for the adhesive patches to be placed in the right position.
Excellent product. I was ready for physiotherapy, suffering from chronic spondylitis for years and the symptoms persisted for many months. I have started the tens program for 4 days now and the symptoms have been greatly reduced. I believe that after 3-4 days I will be completely healed! The menu is easy and the construction seems good. I highly recommend it!
The most value for money for home-portable use. It has a manual program that allows you to adjust the pulse and intensity of the tens. I have been very satisfied.
I recently underwent physiotherapy...... the machine truly has power in the tens and ems.. I didn't notice much difference from the clinic.. very good indeed.... it impressed me
It is A W E S O M E! Someone who wants to avoid physical therapists came up with this perfect machine! I have done several physical therapies and this tool covers everything, and all that with 60-70 euros! Get it before it runs out!
I have bought it and it works very well, it is perfect for mobile devices. I am a physiotherapist and I have been involved in this field for some time. The only thing I have to say from the comments I have seen is that people who are not in this industry are buying it, and we are losing our jobs. I bought this machine and word of mouth spreads, and as a result, we don't have any work. Secondly, we, who know where to place the machines and at what point, use them. We don't just use this, but also other things and we demonstrate various exercises for the specific area. If you use it frequently in the future, you will have a problem, so don't buy it if you are not a physiotherapist. It is bad that they sell it like this, they should have required a license to purchase it because we are losing our wages...
Excellent device for pain relief. I have tried it on my elbow (golf elbow), shoulder, and ankle (sprain), and it does a great job. I use it daily when I'm in pain, and as a preventive measure after playing tennis or padel 2-3 times a week when I'm not in pain. The batteries last 3-4 months with daily use. The pads, if used daily, will need to be replaced after a few months, but you can find them very cheaply on Skroutz, which do their job.
Because I searched for it extensively, I will write a detailed review. If you're too lazy to read, it's good to buy it, but if you're pregnant, you should know that its use is prohibited (according to studies from Australia and England that we found, it is recommended to use it after 30 or 32 weeks of pregnancy).
In detail.
You won't find a connection for mobile app control on the market. There is one that costs over 400 euros and is professional, while a Bluetooth device from the same company is not smart, which you will only see if you read the manual.
Now let's talk about this. It is affordable (not the cheapest) and the reason I bought it is because of the number of reviews.
The patches it comes with are four pieces of 45mm x 45mm, they have gel adhesive, which can be removed and reattached. Careful removal is needed to avoid damaging the adhesive, and once you remove it, you should put it back on the plastic disc it originally came with. You can buy new patches, which are not four in a pack but eight. You can also buy larger patches that are almost double in size. There are placement instructions depending on the area of pain. Recommended distances are given for stimulation, so if the pain is, for example, in the back, it is good to do multiple 30-minute programs and change the position of the patches. For the patches, it is also recommended in the instructions to wash them with lukewarm water if they get dirty to clean the adhesive. Finally, before placing them, you can clean the areas with alcohol.
In a real test.
On Thursday, I had a strong pain in my back. On Friday and Saturday, I did a 30-minute program, while on Sunday, I did two 30-minute programs, changing the position of the patches to cover the surrounding area. On Tuesday, the pain completely disappeared, which I did not expect...
For the end,
I found a store through here, which informed me that the purchase always takes a few days because it comes from abroad and not from the Greek representative, and this is probably the reason why some devices (like mine) do not have Greek instructions. The Greek representative, as they write on their page, includes a case.
I have already recommended it to two friends who experience pain.
That's all.
Easy to use and actually does the job in relieving pain and providing massage. As for the patches, you don't need to get ones from the same company. There are compatible ones that are much cheaper and just as good.
I didn't believe it from the beginning, but the device is fantastic. Let's talk about its positives:
- Sturdy construction
- Easy navigation compared to other devices I have used
- The programs have many modes that satisfy every need and offer immediate relief. Here I should note that I have tried programs for temporary pain (stiffness, neck pain from office work, etc.), as well as relaxation after exercise, and the pain disappeared immediately. I don't know the result in cases of chronic conditions.
- During the programs, you can make light movements unlike other devices that stop with the slightest movement.
The only negative thing I can mention, but it is not only a matter of this specific device, is the patches, which, although they seem to wear out relatively easily, their replacement is relatively expensive.
The first impression was excellent.
Good and readable screen.
Easy to use, understandable instructions.
The only negative thing I could mention is that
the volume adjustment buttons change by one level with each press.
They could increase the numbers faster towards the desired level with continuous pressing.
Pressing the buttons multiple times, e.g. adjusting the volume to 20 each time,
may cause possible faster wear on their contacts.
Its overall image is very good and with many years of warranty.
I highly recommend it.
